Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and support application development for Collaborative technology using Lotus Notes and Domino.
• Design, develop and support application development using tools within the Domino environment like Domino Application Designer and using technologies like Lotus Notes/Domino Objects, Formulas, Lotus Script and JavaScript, Lotus Enterprise Integrator for backend connectivity, XML, D/HTML and CSS.
• Design and develop customized reports for the Lotus Notes and Domino platform using the IntelliPRINT reporting platform.
• Conduct performance monitoring/analysis of the systems, troubleshoot response time degradation and take appropriate action for the managed Domino environment; establish and maintain effective backup / disaster recovery procedures of the Domino platform by using the various clustering / fail over techniques; participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Write and update of the required system documentations. Maintain outstanding issues and enhancement lists; provide stand-by services during weekends, holidays and outside normal working hours.


Qualifications (Required):

• University degree in computer or information science, mathematics or related field.
• At least five (5) years of experience in designing, developing and supporting Lotus Notes and Domino based web applications.
• At least three (3) years of experience in developing and supporting Domino based web applications and using technologies like Lotus Notes/Domino Objects, Formulas, Lotus Script and JavaScript, Lotus Enterprise Integrator for backend connectivity, XML, D/HTML and CSS.
• Experience with Lotus Notes / Domino Version 6.X, 7.X and above.
• Hands on coding expertise in programming languages like lotusscript, java script, lotus formula language and object oriented programming concepts.
• Strong web development and reporting background using Domino, javascript,
• DHTML, RDBMS and reporting tools
• Excellent knowledge of English (both written and oral)

(Desirable):
• Working knowledge of Add-on Domino products like Quickr/QuickPlace and Sametime

The Bank Debt Trading Desk covers a global portfolio of loan and loan derivatives. The trading desk is part of a larger Credit Derivatives trading business within the FICC division. The debt market has seen increased volumes particularly with the maturity of the protection market for holders of bank debt portfolios. The Loan CDS and LCDX index market has seen phenomenal volumes since its inception, and as the product matures, more investors will find ways to add bank debt to their portfolio. The trading desk often seeks opportunities to hedge their portfolio with a variety of products such as commodities, equities and private equity. They manage the European & Asian business from the London office.

The position is to join the Bank Loan Servicing team, a specialized part of the Loans Syndication & Trading organization which focuses on development of the strategic Bank Loan Servicing platform – Phoenix.

RESPONSIBILIITES

This role is a hands-on senior technical developer whose primary responsibility will be to develop the next generation Bank Debt servicing system in SecDb – the firm’s strategic Risk Management and Pricing Platform

The strategic architecture is distributed, involving message-based servers, a proprietary database language and C#.NET for GUI. Some components involve Java and C++. This project encompasses the latest concepts at the forefront of GS Technology. Time will be spent working with our teams in New York, London and Bangalore.

Basic Qualifications
