It is fine to love our heroes whether they are Chiranjeevi,
Balakrishna, Pawan Kalyan, NTR, etc. But it is silly when
this love becomes a passion sort of thing and sometimes
due to this passion, they bring bad name to their reel heroes.
Today some fans of Pawan Kalyan killed a goat (meka bali)
in Tirupathi in front of a threatre and smeared the posters
of Komaram Puli (now renamed as just Puli) with the blood
of the goat! And this despite the fact that killing animals in
the name of appeasing gods or people is banned in India.
This incident caused controversy in Tirupathi and several animal
activists slammed Pawan's fans. And not surprisingly this incident
was used by the Congress and the TDP leaders to show the
Chiranjeevi's family in the bad light.
